In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "pk365", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operating at pk365.today and all associated services, software, and content made available thereunder.
• "User", "you", or "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or utilises any service offered by pk365.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on pk365, associated with a unique username, registered mobile number, and PKR balance.
• "Real Money Play" means any gaming activity conducted using a positive PKR balance within the Player's pk365 Account, as opposed to free-play or demo mode.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free bet credits, free spins value, or cashback amounts credited to an Account as part of a pk365 promotional offer.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by pk365 before a Player may access full withdrawal functionality, as further described in Section 4 herein.
• "Payment Methods" refers to the approved transaction channels accepted by pk365, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Raast, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and approved debit or credit cards.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action falling within the categories described in Section 10 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and account sharing.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, trade names, logos, game designs, software, text, graphics, user interface designs, and database rights owned by or licensed to pk365.
• "Governing Terms" means these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on pk365, all of which form one integrated legal framework.

Access to pk365 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. pk365 applies a minimum age of 21 years as a mandatory threshold for all real-money gaming activities. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal persons may not register player accounts on pk365.
• You must be the sole authorised user of the Account registered in your name. You may not register or operate an Account on behalf of any other person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or third-party exclusion direction that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming platforms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of pk365, its parent company, subsidiaries, or affiliated entities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account on pk365 that was suspended, closed, or terminated by pk365 for a violation of these Terms.

To access real-money gaming services on pk365, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, Pakistani CNIC number, date of birth, registered Pakistani mobile phone number, and a chosen password meeting pk365's minimum security requirements.

By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is true and accurate at the time of submission. You undertake to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on pk365 at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a prohibited activity and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances that cannot be verified as originating from legitimate deposits.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk365 Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. pk365 will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify pk365 Support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

pk365 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a condition of its gaming licence and as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before a Player may process any withdrawal from their pk365 Account, and may be required at any point during an Account's lifecycle at pk365's reasonable discretion.

The standard KYC documents required by pk365 include:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or NICOP (for overseas Pakistanis). The document must be current, undamaged, and clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 90 days and displaying your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet registered to your account, or bank account details matching the transfer records, as applicable.
• Source of Funds Declaration: Where pk365 has reasonable grounds to request it, you may be required to provide documentation substantiating the source of funds deposited into your Account.

pk365 processes KYC submissions within 48 hours of receipt of all required documents. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is satisfactorily completed. pk365 reserves the right to request additional documentation in cases where the initial submission does not meet verification standards.

pk365 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions are conducted in PKR and no currency conversion charges are levied by pk365. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 across all supported payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to daily, weekly, or monthly caps as communicated within the Cashier section of your Account.

Accepted deposit methods as of the effective date of these Terms include: JazzCash (instant), EasyPaisa (instant), HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Raast, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and approved debit or credit cards. pk365 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with notice provided via the Cashier interface.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered solely in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and, where applicable, Account suspension. This policy applies to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and all bank transfer methods.

Withdrawals from pk365 are subject to the following conditions, each of which must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be approved and processed:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 4.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your Available Balance as displayed in your Account dashboard. Available Balance excludes Bonus Funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to technical capability. pk365 may require that you withdraw to the same JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet from which you deposited.
• pk365 processes withdrawal requests within a target timeframe of five (5) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals once approved. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. pk365 does not guarantee processing times during periods of high volume or technical maintenance.
• pk365 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified of any such review via the contact details associated with their Account.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through the pk365 sportsbook. Game-specific rules for individual sports including cricket (PSL, international T20Is, Tests, ODIs), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports are published within the relevant market sections of the sportsbook and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

• All bets are final once confirmed and accepted by the pk365 system. You may not cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after confirmation except where Cash Out functionality is available and expressly offered on the relevant market.
• The minimum bet stake is Rs 50 per selection. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and event and are displayed within the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account, unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. pk365 displays in-play prices on a best-efforts basis; brief unavailability during high-traffic periods does not entitle a Player to compensation.
• Obvious pricing errors — where an odds value is clearly and materially incorrect due to a technical, data, or human error — will not be honoured. pk365 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price at its absolute discretion, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed by the system.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the Player's Account balance within two (2) minutes of the relevant event's result being officially confirmed by pk365's data providers.

All slot games, RNG table games, and video poker products available on pk365 utilise independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). RNG certification is conducted by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages calculated across millions of game rounds and do not represent guaranteed returns on any individual session or wager.

Live dealer games streamed on pk365 are operated in accordance with the rules specific to each game variant, as displayed within the live game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the point of disconnection. Where a round cannot be determined due to a server-side failure attributable to pk365, the stake for that round will be refunded.

Progressive jackpot game prizes are funded by a pooled contribution from all wagers placed across that jackpot network. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. pk365 reserves the right to conduct a full review of any jackpot win before releasing funds, particularly where the win amount exceeds Rs 1,000,000. This review process will not exceed five (5) business days unless exceptional circumstances require additional time.

pk365 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated within the relevant promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, sports bets, and table games may contribute a reduced percentage or zero, as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period specified in the relevant promotion — typically 30 days from credit date. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active in your Account simultaneously. Accepting a new bonus while another remains unconverted will result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: pk365 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, and systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics. pk365 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain promotions may impose a cap on the amount withdrawable from winnings generated using Bonus Funds. Where such a cap applies, it is specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk365. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one (1) Account on pk365 under any name or identity.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any Account interaction.
• Allowing any third party to access, operate, or place bets using your pk365 Account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Placing bets using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods or cards.
• Colluding with other Players in any poker, live casino, or multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets or interact with pk365 without direct human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, display glitches, pricing errors, or any technical vulnerability in the pk365 platform to gain an unintended financial advantage.
• Accessing pk365 in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited for your category of person.
• Any conduct intended to manipulate game outcomes, disrupt the platform, or harm other Players.

pk365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions in any material respect.
• The Account has been flagged by pk365's fraud detection systems as presenting an elevated risk of fraudulent activity.
• KYC documents submitted are found to be falsified, expired, or inconsistent with Account registration details.
• The Account holder has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• The continued operation of the Account presents a reputational, regulatory, or legal risk to pk365.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted voluntarily by the Account holder under Section 12.

Where an Account is suspended, pending bets will be settled according to standard settlement rules. Where an Account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, pk365 will communicate the outcome of any balance review within ten (10) business days. Legitimate deposit balances that cannot be associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible.

Players who believe an Account restriction has been applied in error may contact pk365 Support via live chat to initiate a formal review. pk365 will respond to formal review requests within five (5) business days.

pk365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as an integral part of its platform operations, not as an ancillary compliance function. We recognise that a small proportion of players may develop problematic relationships with gambling and we take our duty of care to those individuals seriously. The following tools and mechanisms are available to all registered pk365 Players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps can be set at any time through Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure a maximum continuous session duration. Upon expiry, the session is automatically closed regardless of any active game or in-progress bet.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month can be configured from Account Settings. Once a loss limit is reached, no further bets or spins can be placed until the limit period resets or is adjusted in accordance with the cooling-off rules.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic pop-up notifications can be configured to display session duration and total wagering activity at intervals chosen by the Player (minimum 30 minutes).
• Self-Exclusion: Players may elect to self-exclude their Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusions take effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion results in Account closure without the option of reinstatement.

Gambling at pk365 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above and is intended as entertainment only.

All Intellectual Property comprised within the pk365 platform — including but not limited to the pk365 name, logo, brand identity, website design and layout, user interface elements, software code, game content (where licensed to pk365), promotional materials, and all text content — is owned by or licensed to pk365 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk365 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or commercially exploit any element of the pk365 platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of pk365's Intellectual Property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law, for which pk365 reserves all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk365 shall not be liable to any Player or third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the pk365 platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game results caused by technical failures beyond pk365's reasonable control.

pk365's total aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from or related to these Terms, the use of the Platform, or any dispute, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk365 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally practicable. pk365 shall not be liable for any gaming or financial losses sustained during an unplanned technical outage, provided that: (a) all in-progress round outcomes remain determinable from server records; and (b) account balances are fully restored upon service resumption.

pk365 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Where a material change is proposed, pk365 will provide notice to registered Players via the contact details associated with their Account (typically by SMS to the registered Pakistani mobile number) at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

For non-material changes — including minor clarifications, formatting corrections, and updates that do not adversely affect Player rights or obligations — pk365 may implement amendments without advance notice, updating the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of pk365 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using pk365 and, if you wish to close your Account, contact pk365 Support prior to the amendment's effective date. Closure of your Account does not entitle you to avoid settlement of any bets placed or obligations incurred prior to closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of pk365, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk365's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits pk365's compliance obligations with applicable Pakistani law to the extent that such law applies.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and pk365 — including disputes relating to bet settlements, account closures, bonus disputes, or payment processing — the Player must first submit a formal complaint to pk365 Support via the live chat channel. pk365 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive written response within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal complaints process described above, the Player may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body specified under pk365's gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request from pk365 Support.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pk365 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
